Manufacturer, Exporter and Trading Company: What Matters
A trading or export company is not automatically unsuitable, and a factory label does not automatically reduce risk. The important question is whether the contracting party can control the specified product, provide traceable evidence and resolve nonconformity. Make the supply chain visible in writing.
If production and export are handled by different entities, record each entity’s role. Confirm who issues the quotation, who receives payment, who owns the production records, who signs the inspection release and who is responsible under the contract.

Which claims require product-specific evidence?
Face material, core density, thermal value, fire classification, allowable span, wind resistance, coating performance, corrosion testing and warranty scope should be tied to identifiable documentation and the offered construction.
Should I use third-party inspection?
Consider it when project risk, order value or internal capability justifies the cost. The inspection scope must contain measurable acceptance criteria; appointing an inspector without a defined checklist is not enough.
